Quick Pay Option
Customers can now pay their account with the "Quick Pay" option through the "Online Account Access" which is listed above. You will need your account number and the tenant number (last 2 digits of account number). Payment methods accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Click HERE for a step by step guide.
Paperless E-Bill Service
Go Green!! Receive your monthly statement online with our new E-Bill Service and eliminate the paper statement. This option is to view your monthly statement only; this is not an online way to pay your bill.
Each ONWASA Office has a conveniently located drop box for payments. ONWASA accepts cash, checks, debit cards, money orders, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard at the following locations:
Submit a Bank Draft Authorization Form to any ONWASA office. To cancel your automatic bank draft at anytime, submit a Bank Draft Cancellation Form to any ONWASA office.
Recurring Credit Card Draft
You may stop in at any of the four (4) ONWASA locations and submit a Credit Card Draft Authorization Form to have your monthly bill automatically deducted from your account. To cancel your recurring credit card draft at anytime, submit a Credit Card Recurring Cancellation Form to any ONWASA office in person. Emailing or faxing the form is strongly discouraged. Please mail the completed form to ONWASA Billing & Customer Service Division, 228 Georgetown Rd., Jacksonville, NC 28540.

** A transaction fee of $1.15 applies for payments. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover are accepted.
***Some customers who have Windows 8 are experiencing issues when attempting to utilize the Online Bill Pay application. Customers are recieving an error message stating: "The system cannot find the file specified". This is a compatibility issue with Internet Explorer 10.

* Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted for telephone and online payments. Enter "jurisdiction code" 4332. The fee is $3.95 per transaction for credit / debit cards and a $5 for e-checks.
By credit/debit card - You may make a telephone payment and access your account balance information 24 hours a day by calling 1-888-626-9055. Please have your credit/debit card and ONWASA account number ready.
