Although it is open for customers, ONWASA remains in disaster recovery mode as an essential utility. Therefore, only limited business may be transacted. ONWASA will not be able to process any new connections or normal technical reviews at this time. Most staff have been reassigned from their normal job duties to assist with field recovery and logistical support of recovery operations.
ONWASA plans to return to full normal business operations as soon as possible, but certainly within the next 2 to 3 weeks. We appreciate the patience of the public as we continue disaster recovery efforts on critical plants and infrastructure.
