The ONWASA offices will be closed on Friday, November 10th in observance of Veteran's Day and will reopen for normal business hours on Monday, November 13th at 8:00 AM.
All customers may access account information and make payments online through the ONWASA Payment Portal https://billing.onwasa.com/onwasa/login.jsp or by calling 1-877-302-2787. All you need is your account number. This options are free of charge for you to use any time of the day, 7 days a week.
If you need to report a water or sewer leak, you can still call the office number at 910-455-0722 and follow the prompts.
