With the anticipation of a high call volume, our customer service telephone lines may become overwhelmed so we ask patience from our customers when trying to get a live person.
Water production facilities and wastewater treatment facilities, as well as the ONWASA main office, are equipped with generators in case of a power outage to ensure continuance of water and sewer service to our customer.
