NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ONSLOW WATER AND SEWER AUTHORITY (ONWASA) BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The ONWASA Board of Directors will hold a Public Hearing to consider amendments to the ONWASA Bylaws. The hearing will take place on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 6:00 pm, at Jacksonville City Hall, 815 New Bridge Street, Jacksonville, North Carolina.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding proposed amendments to ONWASA’s Bylaws. The proposed amendments are intended to remove the requirement that its directors be elected officials and to clarify other certain portions of the Bylaws.
Copies of the proposed amendments are available for public review on ONWASA’s website at the following link: PROPOSED BYLAWS AMENDMENT and at the ONWASA Main Office, 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, during regular business hours.
