ONWASA has recently transitioned to a more modern customer service and billing computer system which has enabled us to create an easier billing format and to give customers more convenient options to track water usage and make account payments. This new system has also allowed for us to remove the transaction fees that were once associated with the online bill payments and automated phone payments.
As this new system is rolled out, we thank you for your patience while we work out any kinks that may appear.
