To serve you better ONWASA is
moving to a more modern customer service and billing computer system. The change will enable us to create an easier
bill format and will give customers more convenient options to track your water
usage and make account payments. After
several months of intensive work, the transition to the new computer system will happen
on Sunday, March 19th.
During the turnover, our old
software system will be shut down. The
Automated Phone Payment feature and the Online Bill Payment will not be
available beginning on Sunday, March 19th until we can get the new system online.
We expect the new system to be up and running by 5pm on Monday, March 20th. Please note that there will be a new telephone
payment number associated with the new automated payment system. We will send notifications of our new telephone
payment number as soon as we make sure the new system is up and running correctly.
