This number is for emergencies only, not to pay on accounts or to begin/end services.
If customers would like an alternate way to check account status or pay on accounts, customers may access account information and make payments 24/7 by calling 888-626-9055 or by visiting our Customer section on the ONWASA website; please have account number ready before calling.
