Some customers who have Windows 8 are experiencing issues when attempting to utilize the Online Bill Pay application. Customers are recieveing an error message stating: "The system cannot find the file specified". This is an compatibility issue with Internet Explorer 10.
To resolve this issue, please follow these simple steps to fully utilize the Online Bill Pay site for your payments:
1.) Right click on the top bar within IE10 and check, "Menu bar"
2.) Click on "tools" --> compatibility view settings
3.) Check, "display all websites in compatibility mode" or just click on add to add a certain site to to be viewed in compatibility mode.
