The Onslow Water and Sewer Authority requests proposals for the dredging, transportation, and disposal of accumulated water treatment plant solids. Work will be performed at ONWASA’s Hubert Water Treatment Plant (WTP), 372 Hubert Blvd, Hubert, NC 28539. Sealed proposals will be received at the ONWASA Central Office Complex at 228 Georgetown Road, Jacksonville, NC 28540, until 2:00 p.m. on October 10, 2023.

A mandatory pre-proposal site visit for all prospective contractors will be held at 1:00 p.m. on September 15, 2023, at the Hubert Water Treatment Plant, 372 Hubert Blvd, Hubert, NC 28539. Prospective contractors must attend this event for their bid to be considered responsive.

NC Certified HUB Contractors are encouraged to submit bids for all bidding opportunities at ONWASA.
