Overview The ONWASA IT Department is responsible for:
Planning, implementation, and maintenance of the entire computer network, telecommunications, and electronic security infrastructure.
Providing network connectivity to nine remote locations and field personnel, including cash collection centers, water treatment plants, and wastewater treatment plants.
Providing technical support for the 50+ node Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) network radio system which remotely monitors and controls the majority of ONWASA’s operational infrastructure assets.
The ONWASA Information Technology Department is committed to serving the business operations by providing enterprise-wide integrated system solutions, and high-quality customer service to ensure the efficient utilization of technology resources and investments.
We will provide the highest quality technology-based services, in the most cost-effective manner, to facilitate ONWASA’s strategic organizational plan.
