The Clerk to the Board is responsible for recording the minutes during Board meetings.
Workshops are scheduled for the second Thursday of each month beginning at 5:00pm at the ONWASA Operations Center and Regular Meetings are scheduled for the third Thursday of each month beginning at 6:00pm at Jacksonville City Hall.
