ONWASA has joined with Onslow County to bring a new emergency notification system to our customers when there are health or safety related issues, such as boil water advisories.

We will contact customers who may be affected by these outages at their home, through cell phones, and/or email.  Over the next several weeks, customers may receive an introductory call at the primary contact number we have on file.  If you wish to continue to receive information at that number only, you don't need to do anything else.
