You may make online credit card or electronic check payments via the Official Payments website:
On the Official Payments home page, choose "Local Payments".

* Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted for telephone and online payments. Enter "jurisdiction code" 4332. The fee is $3.95 per transaction for credit / debit cards and a $5 for e-checks.

Telephone Payments

By credit/debit card - You may make a telephone payment and access your account balance information 24 hours a day by calling 1-888-626-9055.  Please have your credit/debit card and ONWASA account number ready.

* A transaction fee of $3.50 applies for payments.  MasterCard, American Express, Visa, and Discover are accepted.


By e-check - Customers can make a telephone payment with an e-check 24 hours a day through "Official Payments" at 1-888-272-9829.  Use jurisdiction code 4332.
