**Please be advised, after completion of address change, you will receive a confirmation email from an ONWASA customer service representative. However, if you do not receive a confirmation within 48 hours of submittal, you need to contact us at 910-455-0722 to verify request was received. Changing your mailing address will not terminate your service and you will continue to be billed at the new address given.
