The Customer Service Department provides the following services
Providing customer service by assisting customers in a timely and accurate manner
Account Billing: Bill customer accounts monthly
Investigating meter tampering and invoice charges
Meter reading and installation
Dispatch of work orders and custom
To provide superior service to our customers by being knowledgeable, accurate, timely, helpful, and courteous. It is also the mission of Billing / Customer Service to ensure that meters are read in a timely manner and verification of readings are done prior to bills being processed and mailed, accounting for funds collected, and balancing to the General Ledger accounts.
