Overview
The Customer Service Department provides the following services
  • Providing customer service by assisting customers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Processing payments
  • Account Billing: Bill customer accounts monthly
  • Investigating meter tampering and invoice charges
  • Meter reading and installation
  • Dispatch of work orders and custom
Our Mission
To provide superior service to our customers by being knowledgeable, accurate, timely, helpful, and courteous. It is also the mission of Billing / Customer Service to ensure that meters are read in a timely manner and verification of readings are done prior to bills being processed and mailed, accounting for funds collected, and balancing to the General Ledger accounts.
